Although this is not a forum for specific diagnostic advice, and I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV, I can offer these general suggestions. The symptoms you indicate suggest a condition that is not normal. Perhaps you should visit your family doctor for further diagnosis/testing. Chronic sleepiness/tiredness, two different conditions btw, can indicate conditions that range from mild to serious. For example, caffiene over use can cause problems with sleep cycle, even when you might believe youare sleeping well, and thus daytiem sleepiness. Diabetes can cause tiredness/sleepiness as well as weight loss and frequent thirst among other symptoms. Again, the point is that the symptoms you describe may very well suggest that you seeks further medical evaluation and direction.
