I agree w/Randy- you need a medical workup by your doctor..I have the same problem w/both my diabetes and my narcolepsy, but have an aunt who also did that due to low thyroid..she would doze off waiting for trains to cross in front of her! I've found my diabetes naps are usually following some food and are longer than my narcolepsy naps, which often are only 5-10 min. long. It's much cheaper to rule out these types of things before you go to the expense of sleep studies, etc. Good Luck!
