Hi! Linda: You came to the right place just start reading and keep reading and you will find the answers to your questions and meet some very wonderful people. They have been so nice to me,plus you find out your not alone. Second you need to get Marguerite Jones Utley's book Narcolepsy: A Funny Disorder That's No Laughing Matter; if you only ever buy one book this would be the one. I bought the paper back but I'm sending for the hardcover and giving this one to my youngest daughter. This book is the only one that gives you facts plus personal experience.I sit and read an cry alots, it's like seeing my life in print like these people have been living my life. God Bless You and rememder you are not alone and all of us would like to hear fron you again Dianne;
