Dexadrine Vs Methadrine

I notice a lot of people are takeing dexadrine but not many mention methadrine,I found this footnote in a mayo clinick article that said " While we have been unable to maintain our N patients on dexadrine for more than a few years without expiriencing unacceptable side affects we have been able to maintain patients on methadrine indefinately" Also expirments indicate methadrine is more effective lastly there is no good reason for meth to cost more but it does
