Hi Mei, 2 hours of sleep? What, a day? The effect is that narcolepsy or not you are going to be toast. I found that while I was going to college a 2 hour nap in the afternoon was nice, with about 6 hours at night, with little naps here and there during the day to fill in the gaps.
