I thought mine were "out of body" experiences when I was a teenager.

My husband has done this a few times (sleep paralysis) too, so he thinks I have apnea. I think the possibility of me having narcolepsy scares him.

But it sure would explain my stopping in the middle of a sentence and forgetting what I was saying.
