I'm not sure that the length of time of naps is a major indicator of N. Everyone seems to be a little different and a lot of Ns have more than one sleep disorder going on, such as sleep apnea, or restless legs, etc. which may cause conflicting symptoms. I would think that the EDS is the main thing in that category of symptoms. Some naps, I could just drift off to dreamland, (and hardly sleepland) for just a few seconds, and feel refreshed. Yet other times I could sleep for hours. Let us all know your results, even if the results seem confusing or inconclusive.
