Linda, Thanks for the comments. I'll try your lunch recommendation. In the past, I have grilled chicken breasts and have been able to grab them for lunch or dinner. That seemed to work well. It's funny how we sometimes forget something that worked in the past until someone else mentions it.
It's interesting that Chopra's book states that slow but substained exercise. My husband just mentioned to me about the newest report that walking faster was better than slower walk. It's hard to know. All I know is that I can't do a fast walk so I'll go with the slower, at my pace.
Linda, does the dexadrine have side effects like not exactly being yourself? Last week I spent some time with my family and when I thought about it yesterday, it seemed I was on edge. It's hard to explain. It's like I was really critical about anybody and everything. I'm sure I hurt my parents feeling without realizing it. I figured it must be the dexadrine since I'm usually not that critical and a little more easy natured. Thanks for your thoughts.
