I dont know about that particular program but I do know of two others that may or may not be of use. One my doc gave me is through NORD (National Organization of Rare Disorders) and I believe that you can find information on their web site. They have a program to help the cost of meds I believe. Also, the govt. has SSD (not SSI) that has several ways of helping "disabled" people but still allowing them to work. I am not sure what they have to offer but I know that they have some medical services. I hope that helps.
