Wow! I feel physically better and I am way more relaxed. I am even thinking of getting back into Pilates which I really enjoy. I have not had problems with nausea except for the first couple of days mostly after I took it. But I havnt really been paying attention to my appetite. I dont know if it has decreased. I get headaches once in a while but I really suspect that they are from my ritalin not the Xyrem since I was getting them before. I cant believe how feel. I think I didnt really know what my cataplexy was until it was gone. It was kind of like a constant hum that got louder and softer depending on my emotional state (not a real hum of course, a metaphorical hum). What stimulant are you on? I know I am still adjusting. That is why I am so shocked at the good that has already come of it. Oh, and I NOTICED...what a pleasant "side effect"
