I was taking Provigil, 200mg a day. When I first tried it, I thought that it wasn't working, but when I stopped taking it, I realized that it was a good balance to Ritalin. I take Ritalin 10mg, every hour and a half to two hours and can really feel the effects of it wearing off. With Provigil, I don't feel the downs as badly and can sometimes go 3 hours before needing Ritalin. I have noticed, though, that my thoughts have not been as clear and concise lately, but I thought that it was because the constant drugging of Ritalin kept them sharp.
