I hope my experience counts somewhat, have IH not N. My doc said that the effectiveness of Provigil for me would be apparent in 3 days. If I noticed some improvement he'd up the dose. So after a week on 200mg/day the only difference was that my checking account balance was a lot lower. So that ended that trial. That was 3 years ago. Now he wants to talk to me about trying it again. Why? Tom
