I have been taking Provigil for over a year now, as with many things, you don’t always seem to notice whether it is working until you forget to take it for a day or so. I find my quality of like has improved, insofar as I am better able to control my sleepiness, and don’t seem to have any side effects noticeable to me...although I haven’t dated in a while. I recently started taking an antidepressant ( cannt rember its name now, begins with an E in Ireland),as a med for my slowly increasing cataplexy etc, interestingly, this stuff kept me requiring less sleep than ever before, but has had many side effects that interfered with my quality of life, so I am back to just taking the L Tyrosine once a day. This was recommended to me for cataplexy, but I hear people use it for N also. I hope this helps?
