I was just diagnosed about 3 months back and the first thing I took was provigil. I honestly believe it made me more tired and it felt like I had a metal helmet on blocking out, or keeping in, any intelligent thought. I took it for two months and now I'm taking concerta and I love it. I forgot how nice it was to be awake.
