I started out with Provigil and had headaches too- my doc said they'd go away after awhile and they did. Provigil kept me awake but not quite enough- I had "stupid attacks" instead of sleep attacks where I'd be awake but really dense. :) I was on Provigil for a little over a year then requested to be changed to Ritalin. I'm now taking 10mg Ritalin 3 times a day and love it (have been for three months). Some days I only take two pills, most days three, but I feel considerably more lucid than I have in years.
