When i did a brief, one week stint of Ritalin I was at 10mg, once in the a.m. and once in the afternoon. I pretty much thought that's the standard dosage.

Well needless to say, ritalin and my body = big no no! i had terrible side effects and wouldnt wait for them to pass (if they even would), so just went back to provigil. actually took me about 2-3 months, and still am trying to re-coop from that drug!

Sorry I can't help, don't know much about ritalin and i definitely don't want to try it again! good luck!
