I get twitches sometimes when I'm tired, and the occasional muscle jerk when I'm falling asleep, but not every day. I took a nap earlier and kept pressing the snooze... at some point I woke up all shaky again and this time I had HH, so I'm wondering if it's a REM thing? I couldn't get up so I just went back to sleep.
