From what I understand, the weak limbs are common in narcoleptics. When I wake up (or do I ever?), I have very little control of my body - and speach.
Whether it is cataplexy or some sort of sleep paralysis, - it must be connected to REM, - that our bodies think they're still sleeping. Or?

I get the twitching and jerking too, whenever I lay down. I've only noticed it recently.
