Hi again..

i'll tell the boyfriend to give me a big hug.. but he is a gem, he usually knows when i need one.

my 'attacks' don't last that long, well actually now I think of it I am not really sure.. coz I could be sleeping on the sofa for i dont know how long before my boyfriend tries to move me into bed.. a lot of my 'attacks' happen when I am in bed too... like, i can hear my alarm or the kids up and about and I can't move to tell them to wake me up.. It is like sleep paralysis in a way, but it is different too.. it's hard to explain..

I know wot u mean bout no one knowing anything about N too, the Dr's here in the Uk are not very literate on the subject, you think they should know more..but it's just something we have to deal with.. noone has all the answers sadly!

Well.. its nearly 1am and Im off to bed now.. take care and sleep well
xx
