I am too on Provigil and I experience the same senstations as you, I put it down to side effects of the drug, but I just live with it, as I think the side effects out weigh the benefits in my case. At night time for me I have a constant feeling in my feet, it's like.. I don't know.. Itchy feet.. in the way I want to get up and run a mile, do a dance or something to take the craving away, but obviuosly I don't coz ... Yep I am exhausted.. lol...
