1st. There is a sleep test on this site. It might help you know if you take it.

2nd. Depending on where you are, a bona fide sleep specialist may be just around the corner. There is at least one other N site that has state by state dr. references. I'm not sure how far Sandman will let me go with this...I don't want the whole posting removed. And I think it may be in his links section.

3rd. Head injury N is rare, not unheard of. If you are anywhere near Stanford U, I would try to get to their sleep center. UI Chicago also is excellent. Stanford has shown some remarkable treatment results for Head Injury N. I have known of people who have flown there to get their dx and treatment. Their web site is excellent, too.

One further bit of advice. Don't let your dr. just send you to anybody for a consult. Most don't know beans about N, and the number that has a clue about head injury N has to be even smaller. Do your research, and find the consult you want. It can save you a ton of time, trouble and money...I know.

Good luck, and let us know how you do.

Tom
