Wow, and I thought my cataplexy was bad. I am a fall to the floor PWN. My attacks only last for a few minutes...some have gone up to half an hour but that is rare. I now take Anafranil at night and it really has reduced the severity. I still feel tremors in my hands...if I rest my fingers on the keys of the keyboard the jerking motion of my hands make them type.

Having an ambulance called is also one of my fears. I can feel it coming on, it starts on the top of my head. Only have a split second to ask for help. I sit on the floor if need be, I have hit the floor to many times.

The meds I take help, but also eating healthy, not getting to tired, eleminating stree from my life and never ever laugh, smile, get angry, or excited about anything.

I too forget things, don't even remember that anyone even asked or told me something.

But they still love me.
