My neurologist told me to try and sleep about 10 hours which means for me from 9p.m. to 7 a.m. I also try and plan naps if I have to and quite frankly, I still feel tired some days no matter what. Sleeping more does not help me. One thing I have noticed which I wouldn't have believed is that reducing the amount of caffeine has eliminated some of the crashing effect I was experiencing. I totally went off my meds (drug holiday) and totally got off everything soda, coffee and tried to get as cleaned out of the stimulants as possible. It was brutal but I am having a lot more success with feeling more "even" throughout the day. Hope this helps.
