The best I have ever felt was when I was on a cycle of 1 day of aerobic excercise walking or stationary bike next day light weight training and keep alternating. I excercised 6 days a week for probably 30 min/ day. I lost weight I slept well at night and I had more energy during the day. I definitely was tired at night. I am starting the same regime next Monday. It takes perseverence to get it going but 2 or 3 weeks into it you will love it!
