I take 1 pill of 20mg SR per day when I wake from my first nap.
If it didn’t make me so nervy, I would be taking 3 pills.
Very occasionally I risk the side effects and add a 10mg pill. I was on them first but they only kept me awake for 2 – 2 ˝ hours
