Yes, the headaches were one of the first side effects noted on these forums. The Provigil Stoopids are talked about more frequently now, but if you go back a few forums, you'll read that a lot had severe headaches on Provigil. No matter what the dosage.

My advice is always to give up on Provigil. If it doesn't work starting out, it isn't going to get any better.
