Hi!
The headaches are said to be the most common side effect of modafinil - at least this is what is written in the info-papers about the med...

But I also have headaches from it too, but not that often. In the beginning I did not get any headaches at all. This was at a dosage of 100 mg. I increased the dosage after a time up to 200 mg since it did not work any longer. Under a dosage over 150 mg I sometimes get headaches. I got the impression somehow that it is just on days that are bad anyway (days when I am tired though having taken a good dose of modafinil). So what I did - or still do - is to keep the dosage as low as possible (just by trying how much I need) and care for my sleep-hygiene (that's the most difficult for me...).

Hope you find a way to manage with the meds.

All the best!

Shadow
