Missouri DMV does not REQUIRE a physician to report any medical conditions that may endanger the rest of the driving public. However, they are given leave to do so in as far as they are ethically and morally obligated to do so. This isn't the exact wording, but very close to it. Interesting to say the least. I thought they were obligated to report people with epilepsy at the very least, but apparently not unless the physician feels obligated to do so in the interests of patient and public safety.
