Sometimes it's hard for me to tell the difference between feeling tired and feeling weak. I think I'm just weak because I can lay down and watch television and even read but I have to sit or lay down can't do anything physical. But taking a nap does seem to help the weakness/cataplexy.

I tried decaf the other morning and cold Dr. Pepper in the afternoon which seemed better. I think cold beverages wake me up more than hot ones.
