Xyrem side effects

Hi I am new to the forum. I have been on xyrem since december and I am experiencing some weird side effects. Namely, the abnormal thinking and confusion. Other than these side effects, the medication has been working really well in reducing the number of cataplexy attacks to almost zero. I was wondering if anyone else taking Xyrem has experienced any of the side effects? Thanks.
