Provigil Bad Batch? Anyone else?

Starting in Mid Feb 03 The refilled Provigil seemed to loose most of its support, The Doctor doubled the dose and I was able to get that the first of March 03. However, even doubled it has very little effect. The N changes quickly for anyone else? It has been a slow slide for years but never rapidly.
