I thought xyrem was for cataplexy. IH is usually the diagnosis for EDS without the other indicators that would confirm N such as cataplexy, weird dreams/hallucinations, sleep paralysis and rapid onset of REM sleep. Is xyrem a central nervous system stimulant too? You should check the link for drug information at the entrance to this forum and check out xyrem. Maybe one of our PWN can help you out with this too.
