I am diagnosed with OSA with IH. A MSLT ruled out N. I’m being treated with Ritalin for the EDS and I seem to have similar symptoms as you. Every now and then I’m just weak in the knees. Like my legs are tired. I never thought of it being from the Ritalin but it may have shown up after starting at my present dose of 40mg of the slow release type. I’ll stay tuned to see if anyone else has the same trouble.
