Knowing for sure what your diagnosis is will help you. You are right that some meds don't work for some people, and sometimes they stop working. But for many PWN, meds are very helpful. My husband calls his meds "a life saver". Is he "cured"? No. Are his meds perfect? No. But he is able to function quite well by taking his meds and by doing other things like planned naps, exercise, and diet. These things could help you, too.

So, please, don't give up.
