I wonder if maybe it would help you to look for the list of general disability assistances of this nature? I mean, rather than looking for things specific to N, start looking at what is offered every person on disability in your area. Then look at it with an eye towards how you can turn it to your favor. Remember, the government expects people to take what is posted at face value. So, start looking at how you fulfill the face value qualifiers posted and then look beyond that to see how you can make it work for you. Sometimes it's a matter of "knowing how to work the system". It may help a little.
