I don't know if it is or not. I know I feel hungry within 2-4 hours from a meal. I tend to eat small plates and then munch in between meals. I have started keeping some fresh fruit and veggies in the fridge washed and ready to eat so that I'm more likely to choose those than junk food. Usually, I go for the fruit. Lately, I've been going for the junk food. OOPS! Sometimes if I eat it relieves some of the drowsiness if it's just a light case of it. Goodness only knows if it's just really bad eating habits that I've developed since childhood, despite my parents best attempts. lol.
