After reading your previous posts I have a suggestion. If you've ruled this out consider re-thinking a little. 4:30 AM is way too early to get up for anything. Try moving your workout routine to the afternoon or early evening if possible. Maybe lunch time would work too when you need that power nap so bad. That would allow you to get longer sleep at night and maybe re-energize you for your after work life. Just don't do it too late. It's just a thought.

Believe me I know how it feels when the "sleep monster" attacks, even on meds. I still feel like curling up under my desk to catch some zees because leaving my office is too much work. Think how that would look when the "normals" find me. LOL.
