A 30 minute nap is better then no nap at all.You just might be surprised at how satisfing a 30 minute nap can be.
I know we all have our diffent sleep needs and situations, but I have grabbed a quick 10 minutes many times at the break table and woke up feeling great (for a while at least).
Maybe you could try to catch another 15 or 20 minutes at the end of your shift before you drive home. It's worth a try.
