One thing to keep in mind with either of those suggestions. It makes it easier if you go buy an electronic kitchen timer that is VERY easy to program and then set it for the amount of time you feel you need or the amount of time available to you. I helps a lot. You won't have to worry about missing the time to return to work, or accidentally sleeping to late in the evening after work before you drive home.

I generally end up pulling into a parking lot once or twice a week to sleep these days. I haven't had to that in years! At least now I have a mini-van instead of an itty-bitty hatchback. Much more comfortable when you're at the point of not having a better choice. It's that or the telephone poles, or even worse , hurting someone else in an accident. If you end up sleeping in your car, be sure to store a good blanket in there somewhere. When the weather is cold it can be dangerous because you loose body heat so FAST when you're sleeping, especially if you don't have your head covered. Recently I found out my blanket was too old to use reliably when I woke up shivering and had a headache from being so cold. I have no idea how low my temp went, but I know it was probably coming close to a danger point. That's another thing the timer helps with, making sure you're not asleep in a car too long when either the place or the weather could turn it into a dangerous situation.

Take care.
