Go well armed by reading the many examples on this and other forums of how Provigil doesn't work for everyone. It seems most doctors find that an impossibility.

My sleep dr would not believe me when I presented him w/ a well documented list of the impairments I was experiencing while on Provigil. Thankfully none of them landed me in the ER, and not surprisingly, they all went away after ceasing the Provigil. I had read of others who were having similar problems on it, otherwise I would probably have believed that it was just a part of the N getting worse because I was desperately sleep deprived. It is my firm belief that the Provigil is what caused a major amount of sleep deprivation to build up, making me feel like the walking dead.
