Kittyi didn't have any bad experiences resulting from my employer going fishing at the docs.....but i wittnessed some sad/sorry things that happened to people that did allow the fishing to occur......well intentioned statements from the Doc, like( Provigil can help PWN lead normal lives ) can get to to proving that it doesn't.....or something like, sure if the patient would go to bed a couple of hours sooner every night they should be able to get to work on time......employers couldn't care less about your home life when it comes to disrupting work., no matter what they want you to believe otherwise.
don't be fooled by what appears as good intentions, i can name appox. two dozen who were fooled and were totally shocked when they found out the true reason for HR being so sincere.helpful.....i was fortunate in that i wittnessed what happened to co-workers before my employer turned it's focus on me.........when i asked the HR company nurse about the laws/policy concerning FMLA, ADA etc., snickering, she wanted to know if i had a libary card, i don't believe she thought i did.....LET THE GAMES BEGAN
