You are not the only new person to have this. I just found out in May that I have N. I belive I have had it for about 4 years. The doctors thought I had depression. After swicthign doctors and haveing trouble completeign college I got a sleep test. This still did not show anything except that I was not sleeping-I woke up 226 times in one night. I then had to have some blood test done and they were postive for N. Not something you want to hear you have at 22. I had the same problem as you with finding good information about N that was not confusing. We all know what it feels like to have it we all suffer from it. However, I went to my locate book store and found a great book. It is called Narcolpsy: A Funny Disease that's Not SO Funny. It is by a woman who has N and she tells you exactly what is involved in each part of N. Then she till you about her experinces. I would tell any one who has N to read this book.
