hi,
one of the books i looked at said to try eating more protein during the day to keep you going, and to save you cabs till dinner. Cabs it was said help you relax so it might help you sleep. I am trying it but it is very hard when you eat a sandwhich or get fast food for lunch.

Hope this helps a little.
