Hey there,

I have spread them throughout the day so that I have first 15 min just before 9am, next 15min around 1-2pm and then the third 15min I take around 5-6pm. Approx. very four hours works for me. It continues through the night so that I wake up every four hours...

As for meds, I take low dose of citalopram (normal antidep for general alertness) once a day and ephedrim two times, first at 10-11am and then around 1am (one could ask what is the point of taking ephedrin as I still need my naps...)

Hope you'll find a schedule that suit you soon!
Good luck with the private practise!
