The most important thing you need is the support of your sleep doctor. He must state that you are unable to work and there is no available treatment that can work for you.

Once you get the physician to take a strong stand, take that to the lawyer.

I believe the doctor letters and statements are more important than a lawyer and will make the lawyers job much easier.

They will probably want a second opinion so be prepared to see one of their doctors.
