Concerta & Headaches-Please Help!

Posted by Rags on August 21, 2003 at 02:40:36:

I'm a 43 year old Male and 2 weeks ago my Dr. put me on Concerta & Welbutrin for my UNBEARABLE 24hr/day fatigue & sleepiness. They have helped both symptoms unbelievably. Best I've felt in years, except that at times I get a very bad headache that has me concerned. A few days ago a blood pressure machine at my pharmacy read 174/114. I take 2 Concerta 36mg in the A.M. and 1 at noon, for a total of 108mg/day. Has anyone else been put on that amount?? My Insurance wouldn't cover Provigil so the Dr. switched me to Concerta and WelbutrinSR 300mg/day. Yes, I used to be on Clonidine for HBP but don't take it anymore as my Blood Pressure was under control and it's contraindicated w/ Concerta. It's my 1st post and I really need your help.
