Yeah, tried. Didn't like the taste of it and it was such a pain to keep up (not to mention the cost). I did feel overall a lot better. I felt that my immune system had never been stronger. Anyways, my doctor wanted me to completely get off my ritalin, which I wasn't prepared to. Needlessly to say, I kept this up for a few months and started feeling sleepy again. I guess the stuff did give me a kick but thats as far as it went for me.

Overall, I don't think it works unless you have the money and time. And in case you do have the time then I don't see why you would waste your money on this stuff if you can afford to sleep anytime you choose to. Again this is just my personal experience.
