Hi there, I'm on Concerta and Wellbutrin also. They seem to be helping quite a bit. I don't have the blood pressure and headache problems that you seem to be getting from it. I take the 36mg caplets, one and a half in the morning and a half in the afternoon. You should let your doctor know what's going on immediately. That is a dangerously high blood pressure that should be watched. That high once or twice isn't really bad, but if it's a frequent or sustained blood pressure it needs treating.
