I thought it was just me!

By the time I get home from work I'm awake & alert and ready to do things. I'm lucky if I can go to sleep by midnight or 1 am. It's literally like my body still wants to be on Mountain time instead of Eastern time, and I moved YEARS ago.

But I have a VERY hard time getting up for work the next day. 6:30 is just too early.
