Hi back. Thank you very much for responding to my post. Last night (I work from 11pm-7am) I didn't get even a slight headache. That's very encouraging to me. What I did differently was to take my 300mg of Wellbutrin alone, then 2 hrs later take 2 Concerta 36mg, then wait 6 hrs (instead of 4) before taking another 36mg of Concerta. Going by how I felt, my BP was fine. The only drawback was that by about 5am I was pretty fatigued. Today I'm gonna try taking the 108mg of Concerta in one dose and skipping the 1/2 dose in between. Hopefully it will keep my fatigue at bay maybe a little longer. I work around machinery where to not be alert is to risk losing a hand or arm. Before seeing a Dr. I would take Ephedrine tablets (6 25mg tabs every 2 hrs) just to stay awake & alert. I'm needing a healthier alternative. Thanks again for the response.
